Starting new seasons at low levels.

When starting a new season at around level 3 should I replace the high 4 star players and maybe some low 5 star players?

My players are all around 27-31 years old because they're cheaper and there's no point in buying younger players for loads of money if youre just going to sell them a season or 2 after.
