Carvalho is 10% at least faster.

ok, we have some latest news for this season.
Konigsblau League, stayed same level - 74
New Team's League, promoted and they are also 74.
KASKADA (I didn't mentioned him for the first cause he dedn't have a player with so high speed) promoted to the higher TE LV75.

As the player is 30 years old he's going to retire with skills way, way, way above the 340% threshold.
