    Penalty Taker

Got one player from my academy who I've trained up to be my best player. Also trained him to be my plenty taker. So far his record in all competitions is 5 penalties taken and none scored. Is the penalty trait broken or is zero from five considered a decent return?

I think I’d be sacking him off as PK taker. Zero from Five is poor. I tend to find this SA a waste of time and don’t bother with it. I always rely on my Top Scorer who usually has a high percentage of shooting and finishing skills to sort the PK.

Penalties specialist is by far the worst sa.
Ok, it's also Dribbler which doesn't exist but at least this is not annoying.

I have penalty SA on deffender...I think is worth having it on him...you get one extra good penalty taker so instead of having 3(ams and st) I get 4...is helpful i think...is a waste to put it on forwards tho

Problem is, penalty shootouts in top eleven are very very rare. Your defender could go his entire career w/o taking a pk in this game.

Well thats true for normal games...but they do happen in events...like golden leaf challenge for example...
Also I use him as first taker so he do them in game aswell...

An SA on a player who doesn't have the appropriate white skills (eg PK on a DC) is a wasted SA IMO and I avoid those players like the plague...
Any formation or tactics advice given is based purely on experience with my teams...
