    Agree with cracicot, higher value usually equals faster trainer.
    I have a 18 year old DR, who is worth 1.8M ( I'm in lvl 2 ) and he trains only +22 ( With 20% training ). ´I guess he is not fast trainer...( Also skill is nothing special...5 star )

    its better to sell it earlier than later, managers gain more experience from time to time, higher level player do not easy fall into age trap and go for a bidding war
