They will never fix this problem!!!

Third time since 2017 that a tie in an Association Final or Semi Final , although we won at the penalty' s shoot out , ends up to a "technical defeat ". THEY WILL NEVER FIX THIS PROBLEM ! Despite all complaints, despite all the emails and the "sorrys" this is a "black hole" for their software technical support. You don't know what to do and you are only humans, i admit thatbut why don't you CHANGE THE RULES OF THE TIE instead off pissing us off. One year ! It's not the cure for the cancer that are you looking for, it is just a malfunction of the programm ! Do something ! Fix it or change it !
