You can't let learn a striker the dribbler SA.
The only way to have a dribbler striker would be to take a super fast trainer 18 yo MC, learn him dribbler, than make him learn AMC role to unlock the ST role and let him learn that too.

You might get lucky, I've seen a striker on the market with playmaker ability and you can't choose that as a SA to train. Seeing as no one has seen or had a striker with this ability, I wouldn't agree that it's worthless - there's no evidence for that. It might be that he takes the keeper on instead of passing more often in one-on-ones and I'd like that, instead of passing it to a random defender who's found himself up front without a clue of what to do and sticks it wide...
Good luck with the search, you'll probably need it!
If you read this thread, you can see a few opinions on SA
I haven't seen any benefit from one-on-one specialists, but that's very limited testing
You could buy a AMC with that SA and then "train" him to became a ST.
I have two AMC´s (both 23yr old) with that SA on my scoutlist, but don´t feel buying them since I have 3 players on that position already.
Anyway, I would go for the "shadowstriker" SA instead of the "dribbler" SA.
That could be making a difference! What I mean is, with two similarly rated strikers and only one has the SA I didn't notice him being that much better than the other one in 1v1 situations
But I didn't keep him long anyway, sold for a higher quality player without SA
Duel specialist is much better than having SA for a player..!!
