Somehow, I'm second in the league despite being the seventh strongest squad. Facing the league leaders tomorrow, so I could either be top or fourth after the game.
Scheduled against stronger (+10%) oppositions in the CL QF and Cup SF.
I wondering if I should just pay the personal trainer to get my lads up a star. But the thing is, the stronger my team gets, the tougher the competition becomes.
Win, lose or draw doesn't matter now
My objective now is to attain the max for training level. Now on level 88
No use having max bonus, High intensity training and condition when even though no matter what tactics being used or change of formation- the game already decided that it's time to lose
There's no incentives at all for champs and cup winners - just bragging rights.

For those expecting changes in the game engine- don't hope for it and expect and accept some disappointing results
Higher quality teams in same league will be disappointed especially those that are 20% higher. (1* difference)
Those with the friendlies trick players will have a hot and cold situations. One match non existent and the other a 10 rating.
These are my observations atm.

Yesterday I had a good day in the League game but after that, a bad day/dice/performance in the C.L. game and lost (but qualified).
Today the opposite, a bad day/dice vs a very weak League opponent (should be at least 5-0) and then a super game vs a good oppo in the Cup.
More or less, that's the game :o

Hi guys.it's my first season with my new team on level 1 (I started playing the game again with a new team) . Yes I'm participating in associations cup with Greek tigers . It's our 3rd tournament so we are bronze 3.I want to replace my DL with a better one .and I want to buy a young striker but I haven't money(it's very difficult to find money on low levels because you don't have the stadium you don't have rewards from last season etc. My training level is 30. I'm tanking because I wanted to double and I lost in cup with a troll result(93%-50% 1-1 0-0) .my main formation is 4-5-1V style but I change it very often.

Desert Rats FC are counting stock after a big day at the end of week 3. A defeat by this season's bogey side in the Quarter-Final of the Champions League leaves them with only two trophies to go for, having got to the final of the Cup and a good win over a higher-Quality 3rd place team keeps them two points clear at the top of the League. Five defeats this season, and four of them to the same team... :rolleyes:

The CL has been relatively straight forward, going through the group with 6/6 wins and only 1 conceded and only a further 2 conceded on the way to the semi-finals.

I have had a few questionable moments, especially in the Cup, where Nordeus has insisted on making some of the routine ties, ‘very interesting’, like when I won 5-1 away in the first leg, then found myself 4-0 down in the home leg, with no obvious reason as to why, when I’d never conceded more than 3 against a good team, never mind an average one like the opponent at the time....
