why my young player when training it just get small amount of skill training although the condition is 90++ ??and the market place is about 1.5.++ million??? i have about 3-4 players like this...

Condition has nothing to do with training speed. Age and value are the 2 things that you have to look at.

There are threads devoted to training, you should read a few.

18-22? is the primo age for fast training.
the higher the value, the odds are that the player will be a fast trainer.

ex. two 18 yr olds:
4* ST = $3.5M <---Faster trainer.
4* ST = $2.1M

They are slow trainers as simple as that and are useless for any power training.

Depends on your level, and the age/level of the players. If the players are high level or older, they generally train slower. If you are high level, £1.5m is not a big value so that wouldn't guarantee you a fast trainer

i from season 3 level 3 and the player is 5 star 34 points... so what the problems?

What others have said, £1.5m is not high value. I'm Level 2 and my best trainers are Q25 at that value or £3m+ for quality above 30

The first problem is that a quality 34 player is 6* in lvl 2...

my fast trainers (and i'm also lvl 2), are worth 3.5 mill and up to over 4m. 1,5 is not that high tbh...

in that case, i'm guessing 1,5 mill worth players are even worse, and not really supposed to train fast.
