Why is this happening?
Hey guys, something awkward happened today. After having an exciting Champions League group, this just happened today

I have no idea how is this even possible, with the same amount of points, "Dream Team" has more goals scored, less goals against and better goal difference than "River". Even the matches between them are in favor to "Dream Team". However, "River" is the one that's going to the knockout phase.
Am I missing something? It could be me, since I also have 11 points.

You are missing the rules. With equal number of points, the score between the equal teams counts. Points are equal (5). Goal difference is +1 for the number 1, 0 for the number 2 and -1 for the number 3.
