where is "win Tokens " option in Android phones?

am using Andorid phones, but can't see any offers or the "win token" options?
dose it not exist for Android phones?

Where your tokens are shown after the app has opened, press it and you'll be directed to the 'Buy Tokens' part. Swipe across and the 'Win Tokens' are by there under four sponsors.
