With 5 games left to play in the league I'm in the first place with a 13 points lead over the 2nd place
I'm thinking to rest some of my stars for the CL and Cup and I'm not sure yet what to do, due to the fact that I've never change my first team players :P
Need some opinions from here:)

Taking you seriously for a moment, I would play one more game and get the 1st place secure in the bag, THEN play footsie with your subs.
Play your subs in league games, keeping the main guys injury free for the CL and cup.
Back to not taking you seriously...SERIOUSLY??? You even have to ask? Were you BORED and had to type something? :p
I rest players when I feel that a game is not important, where you have a dead rubber. So in this situation playing your second string side in the league is a no brainer here. You would not like it if your star player got injured when you knew you could keep him out for a cup or cl game.
A simple question and needed a simple answer:)

All this to say: I would have thought you would have known this already and you are asking this as a joke to say that you handily winning your league and are bored and looking for conversation.
Also, I took it seriously and gave you a serious answer.

It depends, I always use/play with my best 11 in every game (doesn´t matter who I face)... Also, this way I can be sure that they make some progress in their development and gain SKP much faster
When the game is unimportant, I just save my high quality oldies who wouldnt improve anyway. For my 3 star youngsters there are still friendly games.
