Quite simply, if you have the win bonus on your players have an extra motivation to win the game. I haven't tested about it getting better ratings but you'll find that your players are playing better.Quote:

It has no effect whatsoever. They play the way the game engine decides. My biggest lost ever, a 1-4 away come after i decided to give them the maximum win bonus. It's just an easy way to "spend" your money.
I have not noticed an improvement after I turned them all off to ZERO. I have also not noticed a decline. I played 4 seasons with it on 100%, or to the point where I would not lose money from each game, which is almost 100%. I turned it off this season and lo and behold, NOTHING changed. I am still winning almost every game like the past 4 seasons.Quote:

I believe win bonus does increase your chances of winning..
I gave them 80K for winning a league match, 30K for CL, 160K for Cup and none for friendly, I think this will motivate my team...
At level 2 the max win bonus I can give is 30k and that's also what I give them for each competition.
So yes, I lose 1.2k per league win, but the past 3 CL matches alone gave me 270k income after bonus. With 6 out of 7 league matches won this makes 7.2k loss and 380k income from cup makes 642.8k income from prize money alone after win bonus and not calculating ticket income. I don't really see a reason not to set it at my current stage.
