    But this is a computer game, not persons! It has to do something to give an extra for your team. Some type of value of your players, maybe stamina or moral, i don´t know, has to increase.

    They programmed the game to take into account quality of the players, stamina, morale, bonus possession, win bonus, etc. So the more win bonus you put the higher chance of a good result is.

    Quite simply, if you have the win bonus on your players have an extra motivation to win the game. I haven't tested about it getting better ratings but you'll find that your players are playing better.

    I have not noticed an improvement after I turned them all off to ZERO. I have also not noticed a decline. I played 4 seasons with it on 100%, or to the point where I would not lose money from each game, which is almost 100%. I turned it off this season and lo and behold, NOTHING changed. I am still winning almost every game like the past 4 seasons.

    I wouldnt mind if someone had some data on this thing...

    i used only at important matches and i do not notice any change on results ...
