It looks like a weird formation because he doesn't have any MC.
But formations don't matter any more in TE as if you see those DMC, they will run to cover the positions of the DC if you play with 2 or 3 ST.
And his AML-C-R will play in the middle when defending.
More important is orders, the team chemistry, which is good for his team
and luck, which also is good for him so far.
Try 4-5-1 V, normal, man to man, high pressing.

Team chemistry means dont search for logic in oppo formation. He just has players that perform good in a specific formation.
So don't try to counter him, just use the squad that performs better in your games so far.
