Level 35, both Champions League and Cup at same Level, although CL has two Level 34 teams in it. Last season I started with a lower Quality and got +1 Level in both competitions, which for CL was normal operating procedure, and in Cup it depended on the time of year or some random thing.

Level 4, both Champions League and Cup on same Level. Starting at about 71% Quality so didn't expect any difference.
