I just started playing so maybe I missed this option but it seems like anyone that is my friend can play my team 4 times a day? This wears my team out and then they are at only 40% condition for the daily games. Is there a way to stop this? If I could limit it to once or twice a day that would be great.

I would invite more friends to play the game on facebook but that would just make the problem worse.
