Does anyone think training just white skills actually is better than just training all. the last few seasons I have been training just whites and have left the grey low. I'm not actually seeing much difference in performance myself. any thoughts ?

High white /low greys are only for associations games I think. For the others I think that quality mattersQuote:

My current oppo had 3-4* sh1t players on day1 (We are in same cup branch and same CL group, saw him on day1)... He prolly bought for 1-2T old 90+ players and he easily won against my good white/bad grey team!
What a shame!

I cannot see much difference either.
I train whites till 130-140% and stop there.
so basically train to 140% and if you want it to look like you got a big knob train greys until your player is 160% overall. lol 😏
BULLS**T milpol so explain my last 3 months in asso games getting trolled every single week when my white skills are so high they burst the roof and i get slaughtered by teams with equal grey/white skills. just be honest with yourself. the game is F**KEDQuote:

I kind of agree with milpol, I find the high white low grey players to be more effective in association games vs teams who have these balanced players like scouts etc.
In normal gameplay I don't see any difference anymore. Randomness/luck (tactics maybe) must have such an high influence on the results nowadays, it's not even funny anymore. I only log in once or twice a day to train bonuses... That's it for me currently. Training was a big part of the game, unfortunately they nerfed it to death and killed the game for a lot of dedicated managers.
