Amount of eligible players to play

Little question,wat's the amount of players that we need to play?
Like my opp for the next game,he have 15 players but 2 RED cards so only 13 playable.
Do we gona play the game or not?

I thought it was a minimum of 14 but I might be wrong

Right,it used to be like that before
But the total of players was 23 (11+7+3),now we can have till 28 (11+7+10) ,so i don't know if the amount to play changed.

also as from my other post no access to vids properly for last 2 weeks means rest have been hard to get grrr

no, I played some times vs abandoned teams (14 given players) with one of them having a red card.
