So how do you suppose i can do that when trying to outbid someone else? Thats the whole point of my post ... I didn't lose my 30 tokens on 30 players, i lost them on 4 ... you know why? Because i was ok bidding 8-9 times on the last 3 seconds and my bid on the 10th round was not accepted although i did nothing different than the previous 9 rounds. Does that make sense to you?

But that's the whole problem. don't outbid on last 3 seconds, as long as you're in the knockout round the auction will keep jumping to the next round so it doesn't matter if you will bid on the first 5 seconds or last, learning the system will save you lots of tokens..
