sending jerseys and emblems

I wanted this really cool jersey and emblem but couldnt get it cuz im on limited tokens but a friend of mine agreed to send them. I read that the jerseys n emblems u buy from the market can be sent to others however he was only able to send the jersey and not the emblem? Can an emblem be sent or not?

yes both can be sent, but official emblems and jerseys can only be sent if bought with tokens that were purchased and not earned.

I am not sure about the fan ones, but the official ones, like liverpool, you can only send if you bought tokens with cash.
