    Method of progress

    Which is of the 2 - training or friendlies, would be more benefiting to skill your players?

    Training: practice match is almost like a friendly but also you can put more so you will get more from training but also you will lose more condition

    I would choose training, you don't wan't to be playing unnecessary matches and putting your players at greater risk of injury.

    Yes but not as much as playing loads of friendlies.

    In case the Op does not already know, if you set training lvls to intense you are more likely to have injuries. I only use that for my subs and just train the first team with all 3 options right after my last match for the day. That way my players have the maximum amount of time to recover. Also get used to watching advertising to gain the boosters you need.
