What would be the point of topic title regulation. I just see it as a form of censorship, which i so desirably hate. You can get the best results and response for your thread if you're descriptive and clear in your topic title. Since you can mouse-over a thread and preview the first few lines, getting to the point right at the start will also help.
We have plenty of helpful people here, who can't go through every thread, so a clear thread name will only help you get responses. Threads like "Please help" and such can easily be skimmed over.
That said, while I agree with the point you were trying to make, this was not the way to make said point. We don't condone educating people by insulting them.
