Skill Points & Formations

Hi All, Before anybody shouts and screams I've had a quick look around the forum and I'm looking for details on how the skill points system works and can you use your own formations or do you have to use the ones all ready set up in your pre-defined formations any help would be appreciated Thx

You will need 15 skill points to get a point into the overall value. For the formation, you can pretty much what formation you would like but be careful not to use an illegal formation. Hope it helps!

You can't have a player 'out of formation' as set formations don't exist, you can create any formation you want. You can have a player 'out of position' e.g putting an AMR in the MR position
