Winning treble virtually impossible

He does this every season, And also spends hundreds of greens in the first few days to move all these players up 5-10% on top of their Scout level.
I don't bother/believe in 'troll' results, losing is just part of playing, but when you have no chance of winning before you've even signed a player on the first day, that's what puts me off this game.

I don't know how long you've been playing, no more than 15 seasons I guess, but if you suddenly had a run of 5 seasons with absolutely no chance of winning in the CL and Cup because a token buyer always won them then it does make you wonder what the point is!
I'm glad the days of multiple 9* teams are gone, think this is just bringing back bad memories, even though his team is nothing like as strong as these were.
Like I say, fingers crossed this is just a blip in the server that he's back in my CL level
