consider that most of the token are taken by nordeus.

You have to give them the required tokens that you see in list + 1 token fo each one you offer.

E.g.: if you want to offer 3 tokens to a manager you must give 14 tokens in total (8 to nordeus + 3 to nordeus + 3 to the manager)
