So far as the information goes ,I like the idea of shaping youth players to our needs and having them available from day 1 of the next season will be great. A few questions though 1) what is the maximum number of youth players a manager can bring through a maxed out Academy per season ? 2) What is the cost of a player in tokens ? 3) What sort of % Q are we looking at when the player is available to be signed ? 4) How much does each coach cost ?

The maximum number of players you will be able to bring to your YA during one season is 4. So 4 players in 1 season. In the Young Talent Center you will have several young players with different values and quality and you'll be able to bring the ones that best suit your strategy.
