Players keeping their skill level?

Is this a new update? My players have not lost any skills during the rest between seasons.

What do you mean? It is impossible to lose any skill in this game.

If their % quality did not change (20% less), then it is a bug.

Why would it be a bug? The % goes down by 20 only if you promote.
