Almost every game , player get injured...

i find this happen every time i heal a player,in next match a player will always get injured or even same player,if this doesn't happen a player will be sent off and banned for 2 matches,in Events for me same players seem to get injured/sent off over and over.
its over repetitive use in events killed my interest in playing them
more often than not its a sign the game engine is manipulating results for either oppo side or simply deciding your not going to win this time it is very transparent
