I finally did it. After a year of trying to build the ultimate team without spending a penny.. i've cracked. I bought tokens ya'll. I'm ashamed of myself. I'm just tired of being hand-swatted away from trophies because the team is rated 115% and I'm an honest 80%. Ah well, at least I got the money

Ive won trophies and leagues in the past (look at my signature) its just the past few seasons I've got 2nd in league by 1-3 pts just because I didn't buy my squad like the team that beat me did or I would lose a semi final or final because the same reason. Playing cup matches on dsy 1 against teams rated 81%? Like cmon lol

Believe me, investing money doesn't get you more trophies unless you invest a huge amount, like 100$ a month to be the best of your level. Even then you'll face tankers in low levels.

Went through similar frustrations before and just wanted to make it easy for myself. Luckily all those surveys that had to be completed in order to gain tokens stopped me and saved my integrity. :D With such limited resources all the time, I thought all those dudes who were loaded with 7+ star players were buying/hacking stuff. Because in my condition, with no money, no associations at that time and even video offers being almost non-existent, a 6 star player is a sight to behold. The one treble I somehow pulled off nearly drained all of my packs. This intense training however is something that could be manageable in a few seasons though. A topic I will open soon.

It can't be said generally, it depends on the quality of your player and the drill you choose. So if you choose a drill, where all the attributes are high already, you need a lot more greens to further improve it than when you choose a drill, where the trained attributes are very low.Quote:

True, I never bought tokens myself, however I did receive 50 tokens from one of the top eleven administrators for that thing they do in the season x are you ready? Thread that is usually started by Khris nowadays, they randomly select a post to win 50 tokens and I won that, that was a major factor to how I won my very first champions league trophy, which also laid down the foundations for the next season to win another treble and another Champions League Trophy, so tokens well spent, except for that crap scout I bought who was a DMC, who had a playmaker special ability and he made one damn assist in 63 matches before I bought a new DMC, he scored no goals either, what a waste.Quote:
