in my experience buy anyone in AM (R/L/M) or ST if you want a scout that last longer
they will get more MOM awards which give them enough skills points to last longer , the rest will be crap after 2 seasons, and i rather spend my green TP other 18yo players and turn them to scouts than wasting it on stupid scouts
