A way to comunicate

I don't really see why you would need to communicate with other managers,maybe a message box on the negotiations page of a player so you can ask the manager if they want to sell and how much etc

If they add a messaging function then they'll have to add a "report message" and a "block user" function aswell and then they will need more staff to moderate ingame messages as 90% will be abusive (anyone who's played an MMORPG will understand this)
