Small DMC ratings

I have problem with small ratings of DMC. In every formation 4-1-4-1 or 4-5-1 V style or any other formation with DMC. Ratings are 3 or 4 or 5. And those are players with 5 star skills. They do not participate in the game, somethimes they block some shot and that is it. I was selling players, buying anotherone, puting them on the bench but nothing changes.

have the same problem, but i think dont take care about it, the rating system seems to be a little bit strange... maybe it counts only his tackling for ratings, same is with goalkeepers, when you play against weak team, GK and DMC have low rating because they didnt have so much "work" i guess..

I had the same problem with the only two DMC's I had. Then this season I bought a scout who plays DMC and he is getting 7/8 so i'm happy. I sold the other two although they had a decent quality.

try to give arrows or different arrows on him, maybe he is more useful and increase his rating
i have tried with my dmc and it sometimes work, i use 4-4-2 narrow diamond

I've heard that renewing contracts can help!
