Earlier this morning I decided to buy some tokens in top eleven. I was going to buy the offer with the 20$. I currently got 20$ exactly in my paypal but the problem is, I don't have a card account, neither could use my dad's, I'm only 13 years old.
It would be useful if you guys could tell me if I could buy tokens by sending 20$ to there paypal email.
