It doesn't matters if he trains alone or with others.

Check your players attributes and use Drills for attributes which have the lowest percentage.

Also use drills which don't have any GK attributes as you won't gain skill for that attribute. Suppose if your drill has agility or concentration as attributes then your player won't gain point for these because a player other than GK don't have these attributes.
