How to Bring back Mourinho as Friend

Please is there a way I can bring back Mourinho as Friend on every level on the game?

I removed him when I was on a lower level because I couldn't beat him. Lol. Now I want him back as my friend and look so impossible to me.

Incase you have an idea on how to bring him back, kindly let me know.
