Level up

Generally it's only the first 8 teams that will level up. However.............it's written in the rules that Nordeus can and will sometimes level up whoever they want regardless of their finishing position in the previous season. This is to 1. Ensure that leagues at higher levels are made up of active managers and 2. Stop repetitive tankers at low levels constantly winning the cup whilst building 10 star teams for associations for free.
If you're gonna tank, finish 14th.
