Special Sonsor : Tasks and rewards can not see?? IOS

Hi Ad,
I am newbie here, just lv2. I can not see the event like tasks or rewards on my screen, I am using IOS.
Do I need to submit or add something more to see the event like everyone?

Someone else has a similar and his probpem got solved but IDK how.
