AI CAN SOMEONE EXPLAIN WHY ME?

When buying a Milan shirt that was on offer was unable to send as a gift, there appeared a shipping option.

So I went to my stash to use as desmarquei shirt holder and tried to send as a gift, even so the option of not appeared sent, I wonder what happened?
