In relative to most managers, you wouldn't lose any stars of comparison due to most players win promotion each season.

Click on the top right of the webpage where it says settings next to log out, then on the left hand side there should be edit signiture.

No you just type something or insert an image, theres also special functions to change colour/font/bold/italic.
