wrong......... morale drop or not depending on players' individual performance
O yes, it is true.....when your squad receive a win-bonus, their morale will remain.....when you don't set bonusses, their morale will drop slightly if winning, and much more in case of loosing.
Be sure that the bonus is relative of your manager level....
For example a 15k bonus while playing on level 10 will do not the trick

I set win bonuses and since then my blue packs are building up, rarely need to use them. You can set this up in finances, that be the cash icon
It's the green - fitness ones I can't get enough of.
It's the reds I need.
play friendly games against a lower team win < 5 goal difference 2 morale packs > 5 goals 3 packs
