    On my new account I am training level 22 and already have both... lol

    Just select defense whenever you get to the next level I suppose.

    Lol. I guess I'll try that. Irritating to sya the least, though, as the only defensive option to upgrade is GK training. Been that way the last 4 upgrades. Thanks.

    Yeah I selected defense all the time. Because for bonus training it is essential to have video analysis. Warmup and Skill Drill you have from the beginning I think.

    Yeah, I've been substituting it for use your head and piggy in the middle. But it's not good enough from what I understand.
