Android new user - help?

Just downloaded the game this morning (9 hours ago). I'm guessing the "tutorial" is the Preparation Tour. I completed all 5 steps of the Preparation Tour and want to start progressing through roster management (reviewing contracts, etc.). I keep getting a message saying "This feature will be available after the tutorial." Am I correct that the tutorial is the Preparation Tour? If not, then what is the tutorial? How do I get into the meat of the game? FYI--I checked both the Tutorials section and the Bugs section of the forums and haven't come across a true "here's what you do when you download the game"...more just tips and tricks on formations, tactics, etc. And while that's all well and good, if I can't actually play the game, none of the advanced stuff is worth it.
