Striker help

I have a striker who has an amazing goal scoring record. He is 144% and 20 years old. I was just wondering if anyone has any advice on how to keep him for as long as possible without losing too much rating. I want to know how to maintain a player even as they get older. Thanks

Let gim kick everything. Because of many MVP he can grow about 20% every season almost without training
