I lost 30 rest packs!

are there support member in this forum? Cause the game help is almost useless! They take long time to respond and in most of the cases they don't resolve issues!

Yesterday I watched all 25 commercials and collected rest packs then I logged out but when I logged in the evening I found out that I lost 30 packs!

I hope that the game has the possibility to track resources so hopefully I can get them back or else this will be a bug disappointment.

I spend reasonable amount of money every season and enjoy this game despite some pit and pieces of disappointments but if I start to lose my resources then I would rather to quit this game!
