Player loan from Special Sponsor

Just got the notification that the loan of my player is about to expire (in 22h) from the player I got from the Special Sponsor, that clearly states "UNTIL THE END OF THE SEASON". Awesome.

Contacted support via "Contact Us" in the gae (throught the question mark), but of course, it is a robot. It says my issue will be addressed in 48h... vs the 22h left of the player on load. We'll see who will win the race.

Just writing here to call the attention of some mod/dev/support whoever.

Im sorry, you had claimed the loan player award in early version of the sponsor.
