3w-1-2w-1-3 counter?

This is a formation I cannot win against weaker teams for some seasons now. They play the following:

GK
DL-DC-DR
DMC
ML-MR
AMC
AML-ST-AMR

Any idea how to counter this? Tried 4-4-2 a couple of matches but didn't seem to work.

Counter on, turn off if you see the other team playing defensive.

For anyone having difficulties winning against that formation, I found a formation that can actually counter it. Won 3-0 as Away team. The formation would be: 3W-5-2 V-style

GK
DL-DC-DR
DMC
MC-MC
AML-AMR
ST-ST



Offensive Tactics
Focus: Normal
Playstyle: Down both flanks
Passing: Mixed
Force Counter: Off

Defensive Tactics
Pressing: Low
Tackle: Hard
Marking: Zonal
Offside Trap: Off

( Sidenote: Those tactics were used against a 7% weaker opponent, playing defensive style )
