Friendly Match: Everton FC (Level 7) 0-3 July Fourth (Level 13)

I thought I may throw this one in, A end of season warming-down match, GabeTC's Everton were the opponents and 6 levels lower than me, so as expected July Fourth won the game with a very respectible performance from Everton, 2 Kevin Mensah free-kicks and the "counter attack by July Fourth, long ball forward" goal scored by player-manager L.McNamara was the difference, They even completely shutted out Zidane and Papaleo in this game, both sides lost a player each to injury however. Everton's attacks were always constantly blocked off from my defence, A Sha'aban free-kick wide was their best effort.

Season over. Finished 3rd in league, which I'm reasonably happy with, considering I was 5th with 3 games to go, but by winning all of them, and then third place suffering shock loss to a bottom placed side this afternoon, means I've got a piece of silverware.

Made the last four of cup, before losing 7-1 on aggregate to a team 4 levels above me.

So all in all, not a bad season since I've been playing higher level teams throughout the league campaign.

Yeah, I sure will. I haven't played in a league with teams on my level for three seasons now. I've had to play higher level managers for most of the matches.

Nice way to finish the league, you had a strong 2nd half of the season in the league to win it well in the end, It's good to see another league title join the row of trophies at the bottom of your signiture.
