Just seen my draw for the knockout stages (Last 16), This time around I will play in the Semi-Finals against a Level 16 team, last 4 occasions I have been on the opposite side of the draw from that team, so I would of played him in the final had I reached that far (did so only once and lost 4-0 back when I was Level 11), Although with my power training he still has the stronger side naturally but the difference in the first XI is now around a star and a half (7-8 quality) in his favour, I will be the massive underdogs still and to have any chance of progressing I will need to win the home leg. Hopefully I can get a little more power training in so the difference between will be around a stars worth of quality in his favour, If the draw would of seen us possibly meet in the final again, I would of felt playing him in the final would of been my best chance of winning. But winning against him is now possible but still rather unlikely.
Yea but I think manager ranking is counting too, because I remember when I was level 2 I set a friendly game against my friend who was 4 but we was same quality and he gived me 7 :))Quote:

First good win for me this season, after 9 games I had only 22 goals scored, today I scored 11 and I have the best attack till now, there are still others games. I'm 3 points away from second play. I'm waiting to see game between 2nd and 5th, if 5th place will succed and win today, more then sure I will win league.

I won my league game earlier 3-0, but I'm starting to get unwanted attention in the league from rival managers.... lol

League W 3-0: July Fourth kept on their winning run and have only lost 1 league game in the last 28, We seem to be attracting a little unwanted attention with 2 rival managers logging on and supporting my opponent so we only had +1% possession bonus at home, but obviously the reason why we are getting the unwanted attention is the sheer quality of our team compared to the rest of the league, We got off to the Perfect start in this game with Papaleo scoring in the 1st minute, Kevin Mensah free kick for 2-0 midway through the first half and Papaleo buried the opponents early in the second half, it remained 3-0.
Cup Round of 16, 1st Leg (vs Level 11) W 3-0: I could consider this my first of serious matches now in the cup, this was a respectible Level 11 side that had some scout players (4* on my level) and the rest 3*/2* on my level, so they were a good team on their level, and they set out in a defensive 3-6-1 formation, We took 67 minutes to score through Papaleo, Mensah and Rivas goals followed up within 10 minutes which effectively puts the end to this tie.
8th in league with 5 losses, through to the 1/4 finals after a 0-6 win in the first leg of the cup today. The game engine is still so horrible towards me and most of the players at my server in lvl 19-20, the game is totally random, really !
Just wondering if I play my AMC/AMR player as a striker, would that make a huge difference to how he plays in the match? He's at 7* and my top scorer but 2 of 3 of my strikers are injured
I guess this is the sort of thing I can expect from the game in 6 months time once I reach Level 19. They can't be many bad teams around that Level.Quote:
