His league match is at 8:30pm, so I'm going to change the CL match time to 8:45pm.. as it's so close he won't be able to change his team and use rest packs and won't be able to change the time of his matches :D Checkmate
You should check how long before the game you're allowed to change it. If you change it too early, he will notice, and he might just have time to prepare if he's quick.
Also, you might want to wait to see the first leg result before you do that. :)

A 6-2 win in the league puts me 8 points clear of second place and 9 from third place. They have a game in hand so I'm hoping for them to drop points.
Petersen with only 1 goal and that was from a penalty. My DC scored 2 goals as well. A bit of a scare when I went 1-0 down in the 2nd minute, but we got back to 3-1 and then they scored again making it 3-2 but tiredness settled in as we smashed them late on. Disappointing to concede 2 against inferior opposition but a win is a win!
CL match next... League rival has a team full of 5* and no doubt out to get me after I beat him 3-0 in the league. No room for error as I'm hoping to put the tie to rest in this leg

Fielded my strongest 11 :D against the strongest team I've met in the CL so far.
With him playing 4-5-1, I used the Ravers secret formation and came out 4-0 winners, with twenty one shots to his eight, was it ever in doubt. :rolleyes:

Results for 03.01.2013: 2 very different games...
League Round 17, W 9-0, Home game and an easy opponent in the league = lots of goals for my team, 9 in fact, Papaleo scored in the very first minute to give us the lead, and flood gates opened, Mensah, Papaleo again, P.McNamara twice and L.McNamara to give us a healthy 6-0 lead at half-time, Zidane got the 7th and super-sub rivas got 2 more before the end of the game.
Champions League Quarter-Final first leg W 2-1: We didnt start this game well at all, and in the 7th minute we actually went 1 down and basically it turned into one of those games were we had to grind it out, We had Mensah unavailable for this game and maybe that could be part of the reason we struggled, Papaleo was fouled in the box and put away the penalty to equalise and Zidane got the winner in the 80th minute a moment before he was subbed off the field. The rival manager was present at this game and credit to his team for giving it their best shot at this and making sure we need to play in the second leg to win the tie.
