Through to the semis in the CL.
Game started what a strange one, his GK saves a penalty on 4min, on 9min my highest quality player with 'FK' SA hits the bar.
You just know what's coming next, yep! he scores with his first shot of the game on 22min.
Got back into the game on 36min, stepped up a gear in the second half, slight change to the orders did the trick, running out 1-4 winners.
No bookings today and no injuries now for three days, can't believe it. :confused:
'Nobody666' also progressed, as expected winning against my groups runner up 11-0 agg.
Neither have much to worry about in the semis (quality wise) other than the game engine, as predicted before a ball was kicked in the CL, we will meet in the final. Our qualities are 34.4 v 34.3 though I do have four players more in my squad, first eleven I probably edge it by maybe 1 skill, should be a cracker 'IF' the game engine wants it, that is. :D
Lol so my plan worked lol. Rescheduled the time to 8:45pm so that the guy couldn't change his team... One of his players got injured in the first match and ended up with a striker in a DMC position lol.

July Fourth 5-1 Wats United July Fourth win 7-2 on aggregate
July Fourth booked their place in the champions league semi-finals with a sensetional 7-2 aggregate win over Wats United, with only coming into the 2nd leg with a 2-1 lead, Papaleo missed an early chance to put July Fourth further ahead, It wasnt until L.McNamara was put through on goal that July Fourth found themselves with a good advantage, but back came Wats United who played well in the first leg and they found an equaliser on the night through Zaccharie Raynal from outside the box, the tie was on again, But once Salazar would fouled in the box for July Fourth, Papaleo put away the penalty and the goals started to come through Zidane, Mensah and Papaleo once again. It took July Fourth time to kill the tie and when they did they showed the quality the players have.
Tomorrow morning in an early kick-off in the Cup semi-finals, July Fourth play at home against a Level 16 outfit, this will give the players a real test they have been waiting for this season and we will have to play well at home and win this game if we have any chance of progressing, we do have a good starting 11 but will it be good enough to turn over much higher level opposition?

I've had about 5 random people send me friend requests since I had a team full of scouts lol.. Added one person who gives me skill points every day and supports most of my matches
Not really, had 1 request a long while ago but turned it down, don't want loads of unwanted friendlies, I have always had a strong team but never as strong as this current team, average 88.8, but the average is mainly pulled back by the 5* reserve players that are in my team. You stay on the same server, It seems like a few large teams have been deleted on your server and your having to make your way up through the football ladder, it was like that when I started, when I got to Level 2, I played in a Level 9 cup and ended up playing preliminaries against a Level 8 team so I was knocked out straight away, It wasn't until Level 4 (season 4) I got to the last 16, and Level 6 (season 6), I was a suprise semi-finalist, I didnt reach the semi final again until Level 10 (season 10) and the next season (Level 11, season 11) I made the cup final.Quote:
